Talk & Play
We will be hosting a Talk & Play group with FIT4MOM where you will be able to do a mommy and me workout followed by a fun interactive and guided playgroup with your little ones. FIT4MOM offers pre and postnatal health, wellness, and fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. In this playgroup you will learn about the ins and outs of speech therapy and how you can create an environment at home that encourages and supports speech at an early age. In addition to this, we'll talk about milestones, risk factors to be aware of, what to do if you have concerns, and give you a general sense of what speech therapy is.
